More on being guided..

Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, this is the way; walk in it. -Isaiah 30:21

What a wonderful scripture to feel reassured of the Lord's guidance. At times when we worry and are filled with anxiety, we tend to tune out the guidance that our Lord is trying to give us. I will include some scriptures pertaining to anxiety and worry below.

Psalm 43:5

Why are you cast down, 0 my soul? and why are you disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise

Him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

Matthew 6:31, 32

Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? Or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be

clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth .that you have need

of all these things.

Philippians 4:6, 7

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be

made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding,

shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Deuteronomy 31:8

And the Lord, He it is that does go before you; He will be with you, He will not fail you, neither forsake you:

fear not, neither be dismayed.

Joshua 1:9 - Have not I commanded you? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither he you

dismayed: for the Lord Your God is with you whithersoever you go.

Hebrews 4:16 - Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy, and find grace

to help in time of need.

John 5:14 - And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He

heareth us.

Romans 10:17 - So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

James 1:5, 6 - If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not;

and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavers is like a wave of the sea

driven with the wind and tossed.

Psalm 56:11 - In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me.

Proverbs 3:2.5 - Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh.
